Agreement

By accessing or using World War Simulation (the “Site”), you agree to these Terms of Service and this Legal Disclaimer. If you do not agree, do not use the Site or interact with any token or third-party service linked from it.

What the project is

World War Simulation is an independent, fictional strategy and community experience. It may display or link to country-themed digital tokens created on third-party platforms and public blockchains. The map, rankings, labels such as “win” or “defeat,” and all simulated outcomes are game mechanics for entertainment only.

No real-world meaning

Nothing on the Site is a prediction, threat, political statement, military assessment, strategic recommendation, endorsement, or statement of fact. Simulated victories, defeats, alliances, rankings, and community activity do not describe or encourage real-world violence and have no real-world consequence.

No affiliation or endorsement

The Site is not sponsored, approved, operated, or endorsed by any country, government, military, political organization, international body, public institution, Pump.fun, the Solana Foundation, or any analytics, wallet, exchange, or infrastructure provider referenced by the Site.

Countries, borders, and flags

Country names, abbreviations, borders, flags, and geographic data are used solely for identification and fictional gameplay. Their inclusion, omission, shape, color, or placement does not express any position concerning sovereignty, recognition, legal status, territorial claims, governments, or international disputes.

Digital tokens and minting

A country may be associated with a unique third-party digital token. Minting or first-claim mechanics may identify an initial blockchain wallet, but do not grant ownership, authority, intellectual-property rights, governmental status, or control over any real country, population, territory, flag, or institution.

Token names, symbols, vanity addresses, and country associations are fictional identifiers within the project ecosystem.

No financial, legal, or tax advice

Nothing on the Site is financial, investment, trading, legal, accounting, or tax advice. Digital tokens are highly speculative and volatile, may have no intrinsic value, and may lose all value. You alone are responsible for deciding whether to mint, buy, sell, hold, or otherwise interact with any token.

Market data and ranking methodology

Prices, market capitalization, volume, holder counts, token age, graduation status, rankings, and other metrics may be supplied by third parties. Data may be delayed, incomplete, unavailable, incorrectly mapped, or inaccurate. Displayed rankings are informational game interfaces, not recommendations or performance guarantees.

Leading Country means the highest current market capitalization. Rising Force means the strongest positive 24-hour percentage change after minimum liquidity and age checks. Most Supporters means the highest reliably verified holder count. Most Defended means the highest valid buy count or buy volume for the displayed period. New Arrival means the most recently confirmed country mint. Graduated Nations counts canonical country tokens that completed the Pump.fun bonding curve and migrated to PumpSwap. Thresholds may exclude illiquid, very new, anomalous, or unreliable markets.

Third-party services

The Site may link to wallets, block explorers, token launch platforms, decentralized exchanges, analytics providers, social networks, and other services. Those services operate under their own terms and privacy policies. We do not control their availability, security, content, transactions, fees, smart contracts, or conduct.

Eligibility and compliance

You represent that you are legally permitted to use the Site and any linked service in your jurisdiction. You are responsible for compliance with applicable laws and restrictions, including those concerning age, digital assets, securities, consumer protection, sanctions, taxation, and gambling. The Site may not be appropriate or available everywhere.

Wallet and blockchain risk

Blockchain transactions can be irreversible. Lost keys, compromised wallets, malicious links, smart-contract defects, network congestion, platform failure, and user error may cause permanent loss. Never share a seed phrase or private key. The Site cannot reverse transactions or recover funds.

Acceptable use

You may not use the Site to promote real-world violence, threats, harassment, hatred, unlawful conduct, sanctions evasion, market manipulation, fraud, impersonation, or infringement. Fictional game language does not authorize harmful conduct. We may restrict access to protect users, the project, or third parties.

Intellectual property

The Site’s original interface, branding, software, and written content belong to their respective owner or licensors. Country names, flags, platform names, and third-party marks remain the property of their respective owners and are referenced descriptively; their appearance does not imply a license or partnership.

Disclaimer of warranties

The Site is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind. We do not promise uninterrupted operation, accurate data, security, fitness for a particular purpose, token liquidity, platform availability, or that the Site will be free from errors or harmful components.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the operator and contributors will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of funds, tokens, profits, data, goodwill, or access arising from the Site, a linked service, blockchain activity, or reliance on displayed information.

Indemnity

You agree, to the extent permitted by applicable law, to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless the operator and contributors from claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and reasonable expenses arising from your misuse of the Site, violation of these terms, infringement of third-party rights, or interaction with tokens and external platforms.

Changes and availability

Features, rules, token integrations, country availability, rankings, and these terms may change or be discontinued at any time. The “Last updated” date will identify material revisions. Continued use after publication of revisions constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
